Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left blue border appears ~40%, right ~60% L/R; top border ~45%, bottom ~55% T/B — centering is slightly off but within roughly 60/40 range and not a severe defect. The seller title includes 'READ' which is a common eBay flag for disclosed flaws, and corner wear is explicitly noted in the image caption. Blue border shows visible chipping/wear on at least two corners visible in the scan — lower-left and upper-left appear rounded with border loss, consistent with a VG-EX to EX range. Surface gloss appears moderate with some dulling but no obvious creases confirmed from this single front view. The watermark partially obscures the center, limiting surface assessment; the grade range is widened accordingly.

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear approximately 55/45 and top/bottom approximately 60/40 — acceptable for the grade range. The blue borders show some light chipping/wear on the edges, most notably along the left and bottom edges, which is typical of this set but still grade-relevant. Corners appear to have light rounding or minor wear on at least two corners (bottom-left and top-right appear slightly soft), consistent with an EX-MT (6) grade. Surface gloss appears mostly intact with no visible creases from this angle, which is encouraging. Cannot assess the back, and corner wear is difficult to confirm precisely at this photo distance — the range is widened accordingly.

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear approximately 60/40 favoring left, top/bottom roughly 55/45 — acceptable for a PSA 7-8 on this notoriously off-center set. The blue borders show no obvious chipping or heavy wear visible at this resolution, though the upper-left and lower-left corners appear to have very slight softening; the right corners look crisper. Surface gloss appears present with no visible creases or staining. The single-photo limitation prevents assessment of the reverse and precise corner micro-wear; the blue border condition is the key grade driver on this issue and looks better than average, but corner softness on the left side keeps this out of NM-MT territory with confidence.
