1977 Topps Star Wars #64 Governor of Imperial Outlands — Raw

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border appears noticeably wider than bottom (~65/35 T/B) - acceptable for the series but not tight. Blue border chipping is the critical concern on 1977 Star Wars and the left and bottom edges show what appears to be minor chipping/wear consistent with EX-MT range. Corners appear lightly worn with some rounding visible on at least the bottom corners, consistent with a 6 EX-MT rather than NM. Surface gloss appears reasonably intact with no obvious creases visible, though the sleeve glare partially obscures the upper-left quadrant. The seller's NM claim is likely optimistic by 1-2 grades given the corner and border wear visible even through the sleeve; a PSA 6 EX-MT is the most defensible estimate, with 7 possible if corners are sharper than they appear under the glare.
