1977 Topps Star Wars #64 Governor of Imperial Outlands — Raw

Centering estimate: left border appears narrower than right (approximately 65/35 L-R favoring right side), top and bottom borders appear roughly 55/45 — centering is off but not severely so. The blue borders show what appears to be minor chipping or wear consistent with this issue's known susceptibility, particularly visible along the left edge. Corners are difficult to assess precisely through the top-loader glare, but the top-left and bottom-left corners appear to have some rounding rather than sharp points, consistent with EX to VG-EX range. Surface gloss appears moderate with no obvious creases visible from this angle, though the image quality and sleeve reflections prevent confident assessment of the surface. The bilingual French/English text ('Le gouverneur des Colonies impériales') and the double-asterisk copyright line suggest this may be an O-Pee-Chee Canadian issue rather than US Topps, which cannot be confirmed from the front alone — this distinction should be verified on the back and may affect collector value.

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear roughly 55/45 to 60/40 favoring left — acceptable; top/bottom appears approximately 65/35 favoring top, which is a moderate concern but not severe. Corners: all four corners show visible wear and rounding, particularly the bottom-left and bottom-right; no sharp points remain, consistent with VG-EX to EX range. Blue border chipping is visible, most notably along the bottom and left edges — typical for 1977 Topps Star Wars but still grade-impactful. Surface appears to retain moderate gloss with no obvious creases visible from this photo, though the toploader and angle may obscure light surface wear; no staining or writing observed. The combination of rounded corners and blue border wear places this card most likely in the PSA 4 (VG-EX) range, with EX (5) possible if corners are slightly sharper than they appear and VG (3) possible if any hidden crease exists on the back.
