💥1977 Topps Star Wars Series 2 Red #70 Special Mission For R
Estimated grade: 6 (5–7) · MEDIUM confidence · asking $4.46

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear roughly 55/45 (slightly left-heavy) and top/bottom approximately 60/40 (top-heavy) — within acceptable range for the grade range considered, no OC flag. The red borders show no obvious chipping or major edge wear visible at this resolution, which is encouraging for this notoriously chippy set. Corners appear to show light wear — not sharp enough for 8+, but no severe rounding suggesting mid-grade; two corners (top-left and bottom-right) show the most softness. Surface gloss appears reasonably intact with no visible creases, but sleeve glare obscures the upper third of the card surface, limiting confidence on print defects or staining. Seller's EX/NM claim of 6-7 range seems plausible; without corner close-ups or a back scan, a tight estimate of 5-7 is warranted with 6 as the point estimate.

Star Wars Error Miscut Card #70 "Special mission for Artoo D
Estimated grade: 2 (1–3) · MEDIUM confidence · asking —

This card is clearly miscut: a sliver of an adjacent card's printed area is visible along the top edge, and the red border is dramatically narrower on the left than the right — left/right ratio approximately 90/10 or worse, and top/bottom similarly skewed well beyond PSA's 85/15 threshold. PSA treats miscuts as grade-capping defects, typically capping the numeric grade at 2-3 regardless of surface quality. Surface gloss appears moderate with some wear consistent with the card's age; corners show visible rounding at least on the visible lower-left corner. The seller's self-disclosure of 'miscut' is confirmed by the image. While miscut Star Wars cards carry an error-collector premium and may be more desirable raw than slabbed for some buyers, PSA would assign a low grade or an OC qualifier. Grading range reflects the miscut cap; surface and corner condition visible here would otherwise suggest a mid-grade card.
