1977 Topps Star Wars Stickers #42 Luke poses with his weapon

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border noticeably wider than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — centering is passable but not tight. Corners show visible rounding and wear on all four, consistent with a well-handled card; no corner is sharp. Surface shows significant loss of gloss with multiple scuffs, scratches, and what appears to be light surface wear/paper wear across the image area, most visible as whitish abrasions on the photo. No obvious hard crease is visible from this angle but the surface condition and corner rounding together point firmly to a VG (3) grade, with VG-EX (4) only possible if the surface reads better under direct light and EX-MT (5) being unlikely given the visible wear. A PSA 2 is possible if there is a crease hidden by the sleeve angle.

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B) — centering is acceptable for a PSA 7-8 range and does not appear to be a disqualifying issue. Corners: all four corners appear reasonably intact at this resolution; no obvious blunting or rounding visible on the top corners, though the bottom corners show slight softness that could indicate light wear consistent with EX-MT to NM condition. Surface: the sticker image appears clean with no visible creases, staining, or print defects; gloss level looks decent but is difficult to fully assess from this photo angle. Edge cut appears clean and consistent with normal Topps sticker production; without a back view or corner macro shots, a range of 5–7 is appropriate, with 6 (EX-MT) as the most likely grade given apparent light corner wear and good overall presentation.
