Centering estimate: left blue border appears noticeably wider than right (~65-70% left / 30-35% right), and top border appears slightly wider than bottom (~55/45 T/B) — centering is off but not catastrophically miscut; no adjacent card printing bleeds in. Blue borders show visible chipping and wear along all four edges, consistent with the known fragility of this issue's blue ink. Corners appear rounded at all four tips with the most wear evident at the bottom-left and top-right — consistent with a VG to VG-EX range. Surface gloss appears reduced with some lightness suggesting handling wear, though no obvious crease is detectable from this scan. A back inspection and corner macro shots would be needed to confirm, but the overall presentation points to a PSA 4 VG-EX with a possible floor of 3 if a hidden crease exists.
