Index grading notes

Centering appears approximately 55/45 left-right and 60/40 top-bottom - not a centering problem. However, the seller explicitly notes creases and at least one significant diagonal crease is visible running through the lower-right quadrant of the card face; additional surface disturbance appears in the lower portion. Corners show rounding consistent with VG or lower handling. Surface gloss appears largely lost with some toning consistent with an 80+ year old card. The COMC watermark partially obscures surface detail in the center, limiting full assessment of surface condition, but the visible crease(s) alone cap this card at PSA 3 (VG) at best, and the apparent severity and multiplicity of creasing together with corner wear push the estimate to the PSA 2 (GOOD) range.

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border notably narrower than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — centering is not the primary concern here. All four corners show significant rounding and wear; the top-right corner appears to have a chip or tear (paper loss visible). Surface shows heavy toning, soiling, and what appears to be multiple surface creases across the card face, consistent with the seller's self-disclosure of 'rough' condition. Edges are ragged and worn throughout. The card's age (1940) and apparent heavy handling put it firmly in the Good-to-VG range; the apparent corner damage/tear at upper right may push toward a qualifier or PR-FR territory, hence the wide range of 1–3 with a point estimate of 2 (Good).
