Asking range

Not enough history yet. The index needs 2 listings priced at the same time across 3 intervals before it will draw a range - one seller’s asking price is an anecdote, not a market.

Confirmed sales

No confirmed sales recorded yet. The index logs a sale only after a listing verifiably ends — auction results at the final bid. As tracked auctions close, comps appear here automatically.

1940 Gum Inc Superman ‘Disaster At The Circus’ #44 Rare Vint
Estimated grade: 2 (1–3) · MEDIUM confidence · asking $250.00

Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (~55/45 L/R), top border moderately wider than bottom (~60/40 T/B) — centering is not the primary concern here. The card exhibits significant overall toning and surface soiling consistent with its ~85-year age, with visible dirt/grime accumulation across much of the face. The upper-left corner area shows notable paper distress and what appears to be a crease or fold, and all four corners appear rounded to moderately worn. Surface gloss is essentially gone throughout, and there is mottled discoloration and possible light staining visible especially in the upper portion. The easel obscures the bottom edge slightly, preventing full corner assessment on the lower pair; the back is not shown. Given the heavy toning, apparent corner rounding, surface wear, and probable creasing, this card sits in the GOOD (2) to VG (3) range — a grade of 2 is the single most likely outcome, with a PR (1) possible if the upper-left damage proves to be a more severe fold or paper loss on closer inspection.
