Centering estimate: left border appears noticeably wider than right (approximately 70/30 L/R), top and bottom borders look closer to 55/45 T/B — centering is off but not catastrophically so. Blue border shows visible chipping and wear along the left and bottom edges, consistent with the known fragility of OPC blue-border stock. Corners appear rounded, particularly the bottom-left, suggesting handling wear in the VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows some light gloss loss and possible light soiling near the bottom caption area, though the photo resolution limits confident assessment of fine surface texture and any crease presence. No miscut evident. The combination of rounded corners, border wear, and off-centering most comfortably lands this in the VG-EX (4) range, with EX (5) possible if corners are sharper than they appear and VG (3) possible if a hidden crease is present.
