Centering estimate: left border appears notably wider than right (~65/35 L/R), top and bottom borders look closer to 55/45 T/B — off-center but not miscut. Blue border shows chipping and wear, most visibly along the left and bottom edges. Corners appear rounded at all four points with the bottom corners showing the most rounding, consistent with a VG-EX to EX range. Surface shows moderate gloss loss and the card has the typical OPC/Topps blue-border scuffing common to this issue. No obvious crease is visible from this scan, but the image softness and sleeve glare prevent a confident ruling on fine surface creases or staining.
