Corners appear to have mild rounding on at least two visible corners (lower-left most legible), consistent with EX-MT to NM range. Surface shows some handling wear or possible light scuffing — gloss appears reduced but not heavily so. No visible creases. The angle of the photo makes precise corner and edge assessment difficult, and the seller's NM+ claim is likely optimistic given the visible wear; EX-MT (6) is the most defensible estimate with a realistic ceiling of NM (7) if corners prove sharper under direct examination.
