Centering estimate: left border appears slightly wider than right (approx 55/45 L/R), top border noticeably wider than bottom (approx 65/35 T/B) — borderline but within NM-MT territory on L/R, slightly off on T/B. The red borders show no obvious chipping in this photo but fine chip detail is hard to confirm at this resolution. Corners appear to have mild rounding on at least two visible corners (lower-left most legible), consistent with EX-MT to NM range. Surface shows some handling wear or possible light scuffing — gloss appears reduced but not heavily so. No visible creases. The angle of the photo makes precise corner and edge assessment difficult, and the seller's NM+ claim is likely optimistic given the visible wear; EX-MT (6) is the most defensible estimate with a realistic ceiling of NM (7) if corners prove sharper under direct examination.
