Index grading notes

Centering estimate: left/right borders appear approximately 70/30 favoring the left, and top/bottom appears roughly 60/40 — the seller's 'OC' disclosure is consistent with what is visible, and this alone would cap the grade around PSA 5 or below. Corner wear is visible at the lower-left and lower-right corners under the image's resolution, suggesting rounding consistent with VG-EX to EX range. The red border shows some chipping/wear along the edges which is typical of this series but is still a grade factor. Surface appears to have some gloss loss but no obvious creases are visible from this single front photo; the seller's EX/OC self-disclosure is plausible. The sleeve glare obscures the lower edge and corners somewhat, widening uncertainty.

This card is confirmed MISCUT — a sliver of an adjacent card's black border/printing is clearly visible along the left edge, and the top/bottom centering appears severely skewed (top border roughly 85-90% of total vertical margin, bottom near 10-15%), with left/right ratio similarly extreme at approximately 90/10 favoring right. PSA treats miscuts as grade-capping defects, typically capping at 2-3 regardless of surface quality; the card has its own error/oddity collector market value. Surface and corners are difficult to assess fully through the holder and at this angle, but visible wear on the lower-left corner area and some border chipping consistent with typical Series 2 red-border wear push this toward a 2. A numeric PSA grade of 1 is possible if they deem the miscut severe enough to classify as PR; a 3 would require surface/corners to be cleaner than visible here.
