Surface condition is a significant concern — the C-3PO head area shows notable silvering/peeling or gloss loss across a broad patch of the face/forehead, which is a meaningful surface defect that PSA would penalize heavily. Corners on the backer card show light rounding consistent with a VG-EX range card. Edges appear intact without obvious nicks. The sticker peel/surface deterioration is the grade-limiting factor here, likely capping this at a 4 (VG-EX) at best, with 3 (VG) a real possibility depending on how severely PSA views the surface silvering; a 5 is possible only if the silvering is a photo artifact, which seems unlikely given its extent.
